Occasionally a Corel employee would at least make an unofficial response to questions/concerns. However, it appears they have mostly gone silent. Have they been told to stop interacting with customers? Have they given up?I know they are not working on bug fixes as most bugs acknowledged over the past year have been ignored. I truly hope that X8 fixes bugs more than offering even more useless, or worse buggy, new "features".
Some bugs like the CYMK vs. RGB picker debacle in fountain fills should never have gone out in the first place. Let alone survived several updates and patches.

That's your point of view, I'm not sure if he should do it, although he already answered a lot of messages. Some people believe that each word of Gerard is the official point of view of the company, and this could be a problem, specially for legal issues. I can confirm you that he knows much more than it seems, but it's logical that he left in the hands of the technical staff specific answers (Tony, Claude, Gennady, etc). Even if you contact with the CEO of Corel, surely he will not want to respond and tell you to talk to the appropriate person. As you can see, for example, each problem with fonts is answered by Claude

If i was the CEO, some things could be different. [:D] Anyway, seems you didn't noticed that Gerard is no longer the Product Manager of CorelDRAW, since he was promoted as Director and General Manager first, and as VicePresident later. Tony is already the head of the CorelDRAW team.

If he does not want to do it, he will have his reasons. Instead of repeating again and again in public, you should ask him directly.

Just to clarify, the President (CEO) of Corel is Patrick Nichols.
