When I try to import items from the content, I receive this error. I have an updated version of X7 and I am logged in. I have signed out and back in, restarted my computer, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Do other file(s) from the same Content directory do the same? If so, it may be due to either you need to sign out and then sign back in the Corel Content access, or there may be a corruption in the content server.

Yeah, I have tried multiple files and I have also signed in and out.
What was your search environment (stand alone Connect or Connet docker in DRAW)?
What item did you search for?
What items did this fail on.
I am trying to duplicate your problem and would like more exact info to see if I can reproduce your problem.

Try again now.I'm pretty sure this has happened previously, at least once, and then it was something with the server which holds the content.
