Just upgraded from X5 to X7.
The old „Edit Fill“ (paint bucket) is gone but Color Docker and new Edit Fill are there.
Still, working with spot colors (Pantone) I can't type in the PMS ref. number to find the color, but I have to scroll through the whole pallette.
Example; if I want to change a blue CMYK color to PMS-293 I usually could select the PMS pallette and type 293 to get the color. Now I have to scroll to find it.
Am I missing something here or is this really supposed to be like this? This is very time comsuming when working with spot colors...

Shift+F11 still works fine and allows you to search for number
If you use Object Propierties (Alt+enter) you will find 3 dots with more options, you can search using the number
Thank you Ariel!
I’ve checked this and what I missed was to type in the Color Name field!
I have never used the Properties docker for color, but that works well too.
Problem solved
