CorelDraw X7 Graphics Suite users please answer this what is more important to you and are you willing to pay a small fee for it.
Improving current features so they work properly as best possible?
New features at the cost of leaving old features as they are?
New features and fixing the old ones?
Please which counts more to you?

Yes. Definitely. CorelDrawX7 is the best version there has ever been, let down by lack of maintenance. In the list I added to the other thread I would gladly pay the u/g price for upgrades to those underperforming tools

No. Unless the new tool is absolutely the 'best in class' and a feature that many current users would value. I hate the second rate culture of some recent additions.

If you accept that Corel has lost the opportunity to pinch Adobe customers when they went subscription, unless Corel suddenly finds a huge pile of dollars under the bed, that sisn't going to happen. Thats why we see the legacy bug situation, limited new functionality and new features that are undewhelming. I dont think this is an option, Corel Corp is too mean to dip into its pockets and invest.
We're the ones that have to tell Corel what we want, we're the user and represent not only the current user base but a pool of future users because the future user works in our field.
Everyone need to say it load and clear. What do we the user see as a balance between new features and fixing current features and what are we willing to pay for it?

Corel to start a Kickstarter campaign? We invest for specific projects. They get implemented if Corel get enough pledges?
First campaign, Legacy Bugs. I'm not sure how much Beta testers are allowed to say, but I would pledge $200 to have every issue I have reported since X4, fixed. Hows that for a start.
I am serious. Thats roughly the u/g cost to have them fixed, thats how much it matters to me. There isn't a session with Draw goes by when one or more of these legacy bugs doesn't pop up. Annoyances mostly, mainly I'm annoyed at myself for forgetting that something doesn't quite do what I expect.
So you think that fixing old issue is more important than new features. I agree and if the bill is only $200 where do I send the check?
Not looking to shame anyone just to help provide information. I did this to get information to Corel and the end user. Are these issues as bad as some say? Well if they are we'll hear it here, both the user and Corel.
It's hard to make decisions without current information, especially in the rapidly changing software environment.
