Activation limit reached. Reset?

Hi,

Once again I re-installed Windows and reached the activation limit. Don't you have a support email for issues like this? Feels kinda stupid to post this kind of questions to forum :)

  • Hi Thomas,

I had the same problem a few times.  George's suggestion should work.

In case, you are not familiar with it, you are supposed to "sign into your account" -- whatever that means -- and then delete the program.  There should be a green icon on the application but I have never been able to find it in PhotoPaint.

Instead, the following seems to work.

    1.  Bring up the internet.

    2.  Go to Corel's site.

    3.   In the upper right corner, it says, "sign in" in very tiny letters. Apparently, you "sign in to your account" when clicking on these words.

    4.  You can then delete the program without incurring extra installations when reinstalling.

    Phil
