Too small installation window

I try to install CorelDRAW X7 to win 8.1 pro x64, and the install window is to small, and I can not resize it.

When I start the installer I see this:

and then I click to accept the risk about ActiveX, etc.

and then I get this:

And I can not start the installation process.

Please give me some advice!

    It is unclear why this issue occurs, but it seems to be related to security settings. Many users have been able to work around the issue by creating a new Administrator account and re-running the installer.

    Could you try creating a new Administrator user account, then run the installer again?
