Convert VECTOR pattern to editable vector objects?
Is it possible?
Thank you!

Depending on exactly what you need to do with your graphics, you might consider trying Alexander Penkin's HatchFill macro.
If you have Hatch Fills in a document, then when opening the file at a later time, you will see this message:
Hatch fills are supported natively in Corel Designer. CorelDRAW knows how to do some stuff with them, but not everything.
Another option is to lay out appropriate content in CorelDRAW that you can then use to create your own Vector pattern fill, Bitmap pattern fill, or Two-color pattern fill "from scratch".

As an example...
Here's a video where I use this to create a vector pattern fill from this content, then change some of the settings for the pattern fill (scaling & rotation). After any such change, the fill could have been saved as a "named" vector pattern fill to use later in other documents.
Here's the CorelDRAW X7 file:
build hatch fill X7.zip

I guess this is what you want. I've done it and it worked.
