Best Computer (Desktop or Laptop) to support CorelDraw

I am currently on my 4th laptop in 3 years and this one is already failing me.  I went from an HP to Dell then Alienware and now I am working on an MSI (best one yet) but it is slowing down a ton and I have only had it for about a year.  I spend 5-8 hours a day on CorelDraw and would love something that flies!  Any suggestions would be very helpful, I am open to a desktop or a laptop :)

    I just upgraded my computers and installed corelx8. I can tell you what will speed up the program in Win10. A good processor I have an i7, a SSD this is most important, a aftermarket video card not an on board. make sure your motherboard can transfer in 6g mode.
    A monitor that can refresh fast, we had to upgrade our old monitors that was a bottleneck.
