I cannot import an svg file properly. I have created a plot in Python3 that is an .svg file. I would like to use Corel Draw to manipulate some aspects of my plot, but when I try to import (or drag and drop), I see the axes but not my data. I see there are some other posts about not properly rendering .svg files, but my file is very simple.
Here is what my plot should look like (png): https://www.dropbox.com/s/vcf90byyfqtk0sd/SomeFigure.png?dl=0
Here is the file I'm trying to import (svg): https://www.dropbox.com/s/yne88k5bxiah9wo/SomeFigure.svg?dl=0
Here is what I see in Corel Draw (exported as svg): https://www.dropbox.com/s/zn2kzwctka3w5g2/WhatISee.svg?dl=0
Any suggestions? Any more details that would be helpful? I'm on a strict deadline and purchased CorelDraw specifically for this deadline, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
BTW, I'm running windows 7 64 bit.
I have X7 (17.6.0.1021) available, and your original SomeFigure.SVG seems to import just fine there. To my eye, it looks just like your "what it should look like" picture.
If I import it and then "Ungroup All", it shows as 288 objects.
Here it is, with SomeFigure.SVG imported, then saved (no ungrouping):
SomeFigure in X7.cdr
When I have "ungrouped all" and have everything selected, I'm getting the number of objects from CorelDraw's Status Bar:
