ok, anyone have the solution for this,
i have a yellow box printing with my images.... it does not show up on the screen but when you print it its there, you can hardly see it on the paper but when you press it on it shows up clearly... sublimation.
please help if anyone knows this solution
Just to be sure when you say image you mean that the file in CorelDRAW is a raster correct?
If so this is a conversion issue. Is the image RGB or CMYK?
i tried it as a jpeg and a tif like chris recommended.
still printed the yellow
Not a fix but...
I think it's your color settings.
Click on the "image" and choose edit image.
Right click on background layer under Object Manager and choose duplicate
Delete background layer
hit the letter w (wand tool)
click on the outside "white" or background area. Hold shift to select any others areas you don't need then hit delete.
Close PP and choose yes to save.
Now your image has no background. If it still prints yellow it's a color settings issue.
Is it CMYK or RGB?
Can you share the file so we can take a look at it for you?
thanks for the help guys. just getting home. here is the image
i tried that too and it still printed the yellow.... i did the smart wand and deleted the background
