Adding fore/aft perspective to text

I'm trying to create the artwork for my vinyl cutter and would like to preview it on the vehicle.

For example, I have a URL for the top of the rear screen. the screen is angled with the top forward of the bottom at 40 degrees.

My URL is scaled using the excellent SM_Autosize macro from MacroMonster, so I have a pretty-god view of it along the 'X' axis, but I would like to view it as if in place with the 40 degree 'Y axis' effect. Any thoughts on how to approximate this?

I get a similar thing with creating circular artwork for sublimating onto mugs. The finished artwork needs slight stretching so that it appears circular once applied.
