I'm trying to create a distress pattern where it looks as though the ink has been worn or rubbed off, like this;

I've tried creating one in Corel, but they all end up more as a splattered look, not this subtle. Does anyone have any tips or ideas (or templates) to create this look?
Played around with "Texture Fill" and got this (make sure to create a LARGE background to fill with and then intersect the lettering with it).
