I'd swear I use to be able to zoom in to a particular level and then print that to a full sheet of paper. I can't seem to find that function with Designer 10.
The "Print View" feature is available as a macro for Corel DESIGNER. More info on how it can be installed and used (based on the current version Corel DESIGNER X4) you can find in this tip posted in the Corel DESIGNER Tips&Tricks blog now.
