I've kinda ignored the clone tool as I thought it was useless. Now I find out that it isn't working as expected on my system. I'd be happy with any pointers as to how to refresh clones.
For example, if I change anything about a clone of artistic text, then ANY link to editing the text is gone.
A demonstration.
Is this as expected? or is it not working right for me? Or am I missing a step?
Hello Mike; i DONT KNOW for sure? But I think when you edited the second line of text you broke the cloning? ( NOT SURE )

One instance where it comes in handy is if you're doing business cards. You lay out 10 to a page so you can print them out but the customer decides they want a change. If you're using clones you only have to edit the original and all the clones reflect the update. Saves having to edit the change 10 times.
