Signmaster software plugin

Dear all,

I recently bought a new vinyl cutter (Vevor KH 720A) and I am having trouble connecting it to my Corel draw x6. When I installed the signmaster software, a shortcut appeared on my screen (smc plugins) but when I click on it I dont get anything out as a result. Can you please assist me on what to do in order to connect these 2 together?  I have windows 10 pro and NO idea what to do...
