I just tried the pdf export of a multipage document. When I open it in Reader or Acrobat I see a grid where the page is not covered (transparency grid?). It has nothing to do with the Reader feature - the grid is in the pdf (I can see it with Pitstop in wireframe mode). Can't find where to turn it off.
R u sure that u didn't exported that grid from CD with document? Does it shows on every page or only on few? Did u made grid on page (pagesize) when u were creating document (it would be on background if u did)? Some more info r needed...
Thanks for getting back to me. I now noticed in the elements docker that I cannot disable the printer symbol on the grid layer - that's why the grid gets exported. Otherwise all checkboxes in the menus are off and also no grid is visible (the eye icon in the docker works).

Well, i can confirm that print option in OM is not editable. But, what i'm interested is - did u made that document from scratch or u got it from some other system/computer/version?
Did u tried to make new document, ofc blank page and with grid.At that point; were u able to edit OM grid layer?
When I make a new doc the printer is crossed by default .. and I cannot turn it on. Only the eye icon works.
And indeed I don't know how that file evolved. Could even have been transformed from cdrx3 .. I cannot reconstruct that.
Seems to me that the printer toggle is broken .. once it's on it stays that way and once its off it also sticks.

No, it can't be toggled. I suppose coz it is not meant to be toggled. Grid's only purpose is to give u easier way to work. Thats why it is spead through entire background. Gridlines, on the other hand, have multipurpose and they can be designated to single page only. That is way they still have aditional options.
What i'm confused with is - how did u manage to turn it on/printable option? That is why i asked where did u got it.
Anyway, until u find from where is that document came from, u can easily make new document and move all contents from old one to new. (Ctrl+A to select all - copy - paste in new doc = 3 clicks).
