Hello Tracee; That looked A lot like how SignLab used to do tracing of a raster file back in the ver.6. I'm sure they are better now. I use CorelDRAW and click on Edit Raster and use Cut Out Lab, and then trace what I get back from PP. SignLab does have a Free 30 day trial, Just remember to export anything you make as a EPS at least in case you don't decide to buy it.

Flexi has it as one of the standard trace functions, too.
FWIW, the older CorelTRACE, last seen in Ver. 12 of the Graphics Suite, had this function. The current PowerTRACE, incorporated into DRAW, does not.....
