Addon (C#) and Export filter in Designer X7

The SDK documentation shows some classes for export,

and i'm interested with the CGMExport so to be able to set the Encoding and Format properties,

but none of these classes are available though .Net:

  no FilterCGMLib, no CGMExport...

I'm referencing the Corel Type Library 17.6
