I am trying to get my coreldraw to automatically match my postscript drivers page size to the documents page size. I though I had gotten this working and everything seemed to be matching up properly. Unfortunately I recently noticed that there is a small translation being applied to pagesizes that coreldraw doesn't have baked in i.e. it happens for a page of 16x16 but not a page of 8.5x11. None of the Adobe products nor inkscape have exhibited this issue.
