Last winter at the Delaware River

Hi Everybody,
.. This was taken along the Delaware River on the New Jersey side. The
Highlands are almost 2,000 feet above sea level at this spot. The small
white object on the left above the river is a large truck.
.. It was as cold as it looks.

Wow, it looks like that 'truck' is about to be submerged by a 2000 foot wave... freaky

Hi Andy,
Yes, it does look that way.
Usually the Highlands don't look high because you are simply standing
on top of them with only variations from hill to hill.
However, that's the Delaware River in the picture. It's about at sea
level so the "hill" looks like it is about 2,000 feet high.
