Hi,
Is there an easy way to insert special text characters in Corel Draw? Say for instance I want to use an "ffl" ligature: at the moment, I am copying and pasting this character out of the character map in Windows—and quite often Corel simply refuses to display the character in the text, even if it is included in the character set of the font I'm using (it either swaps it out with another font, or displays the "missing character" block in its place). Is there an easy and intuitive way to access and insert special characters like these in Corel Draw? Illustrator has the "Glyphs Palette", surely Draw has something similar?

Cool stuff, thanks!
Ouch… I just came back on here to ask about tabular VS old-style lining for numbers, and then I saw your post… I have to admit, this is VERY lame on Corel's part—OpenType fonts have been around for a long time. I'm fortunate enough to be working in both Draw and Illustrator, but if I had to choose one, then this inability of Corel Draw to produce professional typography would definitely be a deal-breaker for me; professional, multiple-master fonts cost a lot of money, and for the software not to be able to use half (or more?) of the character set is very weak indeed.
Let's hold thumbs for version X6…
