For several years my corel X18 files were printing beautifully on an Epson P800 wide format printer. Now when printing, all transparencies and shadows have a subtle border around them. Some I can fix by powerclipping but that will not work with all images. Is the entire file corrupt? Is X18 corrupt? Any thoughts? Here are some before and after images.
X4 is really old for this stuff. You need to design while proofing CMYK if your work goes to a cmyk printer, you also have to flatten all transparency before printing.
Are you using a RIP to print? If so, what software? Flexi did this to us when we updated to the latest version. Ended up having to go back to the old version until they could work the bugs out of it.
