Problem w/ James Leonard's Artwork Optimizer Standard - 32 Bit in CorelDraw X4

I have sent an email to the author but haven't received a reply yet and this is sort of urgent for a job that needs to be done today.....anyone have any thoughts on this?

We just purchased the James Leonard's Artwork Optimizer Standard - 32 Bit.

I am using a Windows 7 32Bit Service Pack 1 operating system with CorelDraw X4.

I have set the UAC to 'Off' or Never Notify as per the instructions.

Everything seems to install correctly, but when I open up CorelDraw X4, there is no icon for the Optimizer and no way for me to access it.

I tried changing the toolbar placement per the instructions and that did not work either.

We purchased the macro/plugin for a job that needs to be done today, so hopefully someone will be able to help.

Hello Janson X4 is old and the file may be made for a newer ver.........You could TRY downloading the FREE trial of X7 and see if that works for you. Jeff has some very nice macro's I got one from him a few Years ago that I still use almost everyday.
If it's not but a FEW files you can email them to me and I will convert them to X4 for you.

The version of the plugin I downloaded says it's definitely for use with CorelDraw X4, Windows 7 32Bit.

Hello Jason; Then the file was probably done in Adobe by someone that doesn't understand what Corel needs. I have had long talks with some of the people drawing with Adobe and most will fix the problem for you.

Hi George,

I'm a little confused by your reply.
I am having problems installing a plugin/macro that we purchased at macromonster.com called Artwork Optimizer. So, I posted here in hopes that someone familiar with the plugin/macro itself may be able to help me with the problems we are having with the install.
We aren't having any actual problems with the artwork that we created in CorelDraw X4 at all.
