Corel's website claims........
"Download Your Software from Corel and Start Using Your Software Today".
and...
Buy your software from the Corel eStore to enjoy The Corel Advantage:
We're the only source for download versions of our products. This means you receive the software instantly and don't have to wait for it to be shipped to you. ""

I think that's a limitation of the "Premium" edition.
If you were ordering the standard X5 you would start at a page like http://www.corel.com/corel/product/index.jsp?pid=prod3670089&cid=catalog3550067&skuId=ESDCDGSX5IE which has a "delivery method" dropdown and the default is "download".
But if you start at the premium suite page http://www.corel.com/corel/product/index.jsp?pid=prod3930095&skuId=CDPSX5IEUK the only delivery option is "box".
I'm not sure why, but presumably the additional content in the premium edition is material that would be too cumbersome to download ... ???

Did you pay with an electronic check or echeck? If so then payment is pending until the check clears in about 3-5 business days.

I am assuming since I ordered a boxed product, no download is sent to me.
I was hoping to explore the software this weekend. I was hoping for a download and a boxed product, which upon thinking about it, should not be expected.
It would be nice if Corel were to clarify this, for eager users like me.

...perhaps a adding a descriptive sentence like this..
"Immediate downloads only apply to the purchase of a "download version". Purchasers of a "box set" must use the included DVD to install the program(s)."
I will just have to wait until it arrives next week.....not too big a deal.

I used a debit/visa card.
