Hello all,
we are having issues with Corel X6: when we try print preview, the print preview window opens, but after we click print, it just crashes and that's it.
Both corel and Windows are updated, and the machine is clean.
Does anyone have some kind of solution, as we can't work withot this function.

We need to try to break this down whether its a problem with the printer or with a specific object in the file.
This isn't the best forum to post in, because we have to start guessing whether the problem is with photopaint or coreldraw. So please also add support to the suggestion at http://community.coreldraw.com/forums/t/37929.aspx which is intended to improve the forum structure to ensure people post problems which are specific to either CorelDraw or Photopaint in the correct subsection.

we are using 64 bit corel, on Windows 7 64bit.
Do you need more info? Both Corel and Windows are fully updated, and have no viruses, etc. The network itself functions great.

the problem is with CorelDraw X6 x64.
On another computer with Windows XP and 32 bit X6, all works well.
The problem happens with any file, even a simple rechtangle. However, if we print directly from Core, it works fine. That is not suitable tho, as we can't print business cards, etc.

Is this a network printer, and in particular:

Do both machines share the same printer?
Have you tried newer (and possibly even older) printer drivers? Maybe the current driver is not properly 64 bit compatible.
