Ever since the weekend, and taking down the hotfix, my coreldraw thumbnail previews have disappeared to be replaced with generic green and black outlined boxes. Is there a quick and simple way of getting the previews back

That was the first thing I was going to try but I don't seem to have a Repair option when I select the Corel Graphic Shell Extension (see below).
