CorelDraw X8 crashing on new document or opening document

New install of X8 on new Windows 10 PC.  Tried launching it right after installing.  Launches fine.

Tried making a new document.  Crashes.  Tried opening an old document that was created on old machine using X7.  Crashes.

Any idea of what's going on?
