To get your CorelDRAW display the objects at real size, your DRAW needs the real resolution of your monitor to be feeded in its settings for Zoom Tool.
What you need to do is :
1. Right click on Windows Desktop > Properties > Settings Make a note of Horizontal and Vertical resolution
2. Actually measure your monitors display area (In Inches) with a scale. Make a note of actual Horizontal and Vertical inches
3. Now apply Math (a) Horizontal resolution set for display divided by Actual horizontal display size of your monitor in inches. (b) Verticle resolution set for display divided by Actual Vertical display size of your monitor in inches
4. Open Tools > Options > Zoom Tool > Calibrate Rulers and enter the 3a value for horizontal and 3b value for Vertical resolution and click OK.
Remember to chek 1 : 1 Proportion box and click OK.
Now your monitor will start displaying objects at actual sizes. I found this very helpful when I work on proportionate artwroks for over size output. Especially to understand how much an image will pixelite at actual size when enlarged etc.
