hy!
I want to rotate an image with anchor the rotation point from center to left up corner than rotate the bottom right corner but I don't see it, when I use the scroll bar for pan to the bottom of the image the rotation point jump back in the center of the image.
Please help me to fix the rotation point and then pan to desired place.
