Hi,
I am trying to help someone to fix this issue. He said the CorelDraw graphic suite stop displaying the color viewer, the color slider and the spot color set on his Mac. I have included a screenshot. It may help. Is it due to a setting? I have reset the workspace and tried to find a solution online, but I am out of ideas. Thanks a lot
This is another screenshot:
Hi.
It is the latest macOs Mojave 10.14 and only one screen the mac screen. Input device is a mouse.
It is very strange. Clicking on the 3 buttons - colour viewer, colour slider and spot - do not show the colour pickers.
Thank you for the information.
In the Properties inspector, all three buttons seem to be pressed. Can you try clicking just one?
Also, does this occur with and without an object selected? Does the same occur in other color viewer dropdowns (eg from the property bar) or in Corel PHOTO-PAINT?
Lastly, what is the build number (can be found in application menu, About CorelDRAW 2019).
Sharon
Yes just clicking once makes no difference. It occurs with or without selected object and also in Photo paint.
The owner reinstalled it and it did not fix it. The software has got Update 2 for mac. I will have to ask for the specific version number.
This was working before. It is just disappeared suddenly.
Is there a setting? Does the fact of happening on both software suggest anything?
To the best of my knowledge, there is not a setting. We have not been able to duplicate this internally, and have therefore not identified the source of the issue for you.
As this appears to be a new issue on the affected system, is there something - a new application or update - that has been installed recently?
Thank you so much for your help.
I will try to uninstall it next time. And see if that helps. He did that but I am going to try myself. The colour palettes are there. It is only the viewers.
I have installed it again and erased the cache without any success.
The os version is10.14.6 (18G95)
