Hello. Suddenly the color management stop working correctly on my working area. All the colors are washed, red colors are displayed as browns or oranges. I've been adjusting all the color admin options but it doesn't change. On the export preview the colors are displayed correctly. Does anyone have the same problem?? An screenshot of the issue is attached.

I even tried uninstalling and deleting all the configurations and preferences files but the problem persists after what I thought was a clean install. The only way I found to recover the colors was executing corel in a different user account. What could be the issue here?
Color management settings do not reset to a default. If you've got them working in a new account check the setting and get screen captures, do not forget the color proof docker setyings,. Then compare with the user account that does not work.
The settings are the same in both accounts, the defalut ones on the first install. I also tried copying all setting files from the guest account into the main account. I even tried deleting all the .icc profiles on the displays folder on the user library. I don't have a clue of what is happening, it make no sense as every other program is working fine, Illustrator, Pixelmator... everything else works like a charm.

Perhaps you believe that the default values are always the same, but this is not the case. The default values on your computer may be different from mine or those of another person. For example, surely David will have the default color profiles of North America and I have the default profiles of Europe. Naturally, we modify them, but the default values are not the same. That is why we need to open what yours are, because we cannot know what they are
I understand what you say, but in this case, comparing between 2 user accounts on my computer, they both have the same settings. Anyway, suddenly this morning it was ok again, the same way as it went wrong... maybe it was because I plugged the external monitor, but it's the same monitor I have on friday, when this happened. Anyway, here I attach an screenshot or the settings I have selected, on both accounts, are the same settings I have on satruday, when everything was wrong. I hope It doesn't happen again.
