as in title - with 2023 march update I've lost all custom keyboard shortcuts. I've tried importing workspace (full and selective) from backups, nothing works.
secondary problem (existing since always) is that manual custom keyboard changes take ages, It's so slow if would take like half a day to manually restore 50 of them.
anybody else experience this problem?

Exactly the same in my case. After upgrading on laptop it kept my workspace intact apart from custom shortcuts. Before upgrading on desktop i exported workspace both as everything included and also one with shortcuts only. After upgrading situation was the same as on laptop so I tried importing workspace with no luck. It was importing and when done shortcuts were still missing. I spent an hour customizing shortcuts and exported new workspace from 2023 version. Than I tried importing this one on laptop and although this was on workspace from 20023 version nothing changed so I had to customize all shortcuts once again.
