Free Angle Reflection in Free Transform Tool is really useful for me but it is still broken for years. it doesn't get the pivot point correctly.
in this example I pinpoint the middle of the big rectangle to mirror and copy this small rectangle. as you see, it doesn't do it's job. Fix Please?
I use subsription license so the program is the latest version of corel 2023. and this is easy to replicate, you can try it yourself.
Looks like the rotation/reflection is based on the exact position of the cursor, instead of using the snap point which I suppose we all expect it to do.Checked Draw 2020 and it's the same thing there.
it is the same since it first came out. they didn't fix it for years
I guess not many people are using this tool on a regular basis, and that's why this bug hasn't got any attention.I'll see if I can forward the information to the right people, but even if it gets reported, it doesn't mean that it will be fixed.
