I have two problems.
We print, laminate, and contour cut vehicle graphics and decals.
We have been having problems with Draw vector exports for quite some time and I'm tired of it!
When I export a vector PDF (and sometimes EPS) files, Draw fails to include many small straight lines, usually in various text characters (see attached photo).
It happens with any font.
I contour cut with Summa Cutter Control or Winplot.
I prefer Cutter Control and WinPlot will not cut EPS files.
When my plotter does not cut all of these small lines, I have to go back as examine every decal and hand cut the little pieces that were missed.
This is time consuming and maddening and when I miss one, the vinyl tears during weeding.
The other problem I have is whenever I drag out a guideline onto the desktop, Draw crashes!
Does anybody have similar experiences and/or fixes for these problems.
I've been using Draw for 18 years and I'm too old to learn Illustrator!!
Your help is greatly appreciated!
Thanks again,
Mike

Don't think I've ever seen anything like that.Could you please send a simple CDR and a PDF exported from that file, so we can see what is happening. You need to zip the CDR to post it here.

OK, so I had a quick look at your files and as far as I can see there is nothing wrong with your PDF.All lines seem to be there and all nodes are properly connected, just as expected. So I'm afraid the problem appears when your cutting program imports the PDF.When I get the time I will plot your file to see if I get any unwanted errors.
PS. Why are you working without (0 x 0) any drawing area? Not that I think it has anything to do with this issue but it makes me curious.
It's just easier because many of my files are large and I don't like resizing it all the time.
I discovered something though. All of the lines arethere looking directly at the PDF but when I import my file into Summa WinPlot, the little pieces missing are clearly visible and they don't cut. When I import the same file into Summa GoSign, all of the lines are there and they cut....
Maybe it is an issue with Winplot? I will start using GoSign from now on to see if I still have any problems.
Thanks for the help.

FWIW, there is a new button in Property Bar (without anything selected) in Draw 2023 (or was it 2022?) to "Autofit page".
I didn't know that.
I found it now.
Thanks for the help!!!
