Hope someone can help.
I've been asked to tidy up the attached (poor quality) photo, most especially the area around the face..
The photo is a photo of a framed picture, but the only image of the subject who died recently.
I do most of my work in Draw (CDGS 2021) and not too familiar with the Photo Paint tools. I suspect this is very much a job for the latter.
