Try to export a simple jpg, and the pop up window now sits like this for over an hour doing nothing.
I can not do ANY resizing or manipulation that typically is possible. See right side of image....
What is the physical dimension of the CDR object and desired resolution?
What are your system specifications?
At this point ... it doesnt matter, ....
I click export, name it, then pop up window opens "Export to JPEG" NEVER giving me a chance to input anything.
This software is becoming a waste.
Make sure this isn't checked.
It is not...only Selected only is checked.
If the graphic size is large and the resolution too high it may exceed the capabilities of your system.
As I stated in the original question, I don't have even choice to choose resolution of the selection.
So, I guess were gonna throw mud and see what sticks.... how about a real answer?
No where near capabilities.
Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-14900KF 3.20 GHz with 64 RAM with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super.
I Run 3d CAD off another PC just like it all day long.
The real answer is that your original description is so incomplete that trouble shooting is impossible. That in itself is an indication of possible user issues.
What version of Windows, Pro or home? I've not tested any Windows 11 on my systems.
I'd try these things, turn off the filter dialog, the filter dialog looks at the default document resolution and begins processing calculations based on that and the physical dimensions of the object. If you're processing a 18" x 12" graphic and your document default resolution is 300 DPI it may tax your system using the export dialog. It is slower than convert to bitmap. With the dialog turned off it should save as a JPG with a flat bounding box.
Draw a box around the graphic and remove any outline, select all objects and convert to a bitmap of the type and resolution desired and see how that works. You can save or edit bitmap and send to Photo-PAINT and save as. This will resolve any flat bounding box issues.
