Is the web installer different to the ISO installer?

I have a bought serial key for the normal CDGS2003. I cannot use the serial to install the programs from the ISO. Got an error message...the serial is invalid.

Installing all the stuff with the web installer everything is fine to install CDGS with my serial.

Whats wrong?
