I purchased a CD24 subscription and got email with CDGS2024_AM.exe file. Clicked on exe file- "Installing" window opens and preloader goes to 100%- the window closes and then nothing. According to Corel video, another window should appear that asks for product license code but not in my case. A "Continue installaition" icon and zioped folder icon appear on my desktop but that's it. Note:after the "Installing" window closes, one or two smaller gray windows appear for a second and then disappear- maybe permissions or antivirus?
How can I get around this issue and install CD24?
