Export and Publish to PDF makes outline width larger

When I draw with hairline thickness it shows normal on my screen but when I publish to PDF it shows it way larger. (around 0.25 pt)  Same when exporting to JPG, PNG and other files.

I bought CorelDRAW Graphics Suite 2 weeks ago and I'm noticing it now after publishing to pdf. Any way to fix this?
