ANNOUNCEMENT: Corel Cloud Scheduled Maintenance

We would like to notify all CorelDRAW users that there will be a scheduled maintenance of Corel Cloud next week at 4:00 pm Eastern Time (8:00 pm GMT) on Thursday, September 26.

The maintenance should take approximately 1 hour.

The purpose of the maintenance is a mandatory upgrade of one of our databases.

During the maintenance, the following features will be unavailable in CorelDRAW, PHOTO-PAINT, CorelDRAW.app and CorelDRAW Web:

  • Sign in to your Corel Account (including CorelDRAW Web, and Web Trial)
  • Access to your cloud storage
  • Search and display of cloud assets, including templates, practice files and Learn Docker content
  • Any other functionality that uses Corel Cloud services

Normal functioning should resume immediately after the maintenance is complete. Your cloud data will be safe, and there is no action to take on your part.
