Can't save in jpeg format

I recently created a Gif, but now I don't have the usual options to save as I did before; including saving as JPG. Is there no simple on/off switch to get out of animation gif mode?

I try to save as and only have: GIF - gif animation, PDF, AVI, and it repeats in the drop-down menu: PDF and GIF. Also, the option: Export to web is greyed out but this is not a trial version. I really don't want to have to reinstall again. Is this a common occurrence after a crash when trying to save a Gif animation?

Thanks for any help. Ter

  • There's no need to reinstall anything. The JPG file format doesn't allows several options, such as transparent background, layers, masks, etc. so you should discard it in order to save as JPG (if you use PhotoPaint) or Export as JPG (CorelDRAW). You could create a duplicate of the image you want, for preserve the original file, and save with a different name.
