How does CorelDRAW.com compare to Illustrator community websites?
I spend a little time on the Adobe forums and I find they can be malicious at times. I have 2 suggestions for anyone venturing in to one of the Adobe forums.
1. Wear a mylar vest... That means don't even mention Corel products or you will be shot down from every angle.2. Wear ear plugs... That means don't respond to the messages that fail to address your question. I'm not sure why they even respond to a post if they don't have the answer.
Good luck and keep your head down.
let's be honest, this forum is pretty forgiving of posts and how they are presented. it's obvious people from around the world are participating in this thing so language issues become factors. also anything to do with Corel products tends to be underfire from the outside and putting a better, more friendly face on it helps to promote it's overlooked value. Adobe is king of the hill, and many users of the products tend to be self righteous and condescending. i don't see Fireworks or Dreamweaver as quite Adobe yet, they still possess the same feel of the Macromedia UI style and process.
