Issues with thumbnails, cannot view file thumbnails or clipart thumbnails, please help, have tried everything....Need an actual solution to this problem that works.
The only procedure that worked for me was to go Control Panel>Default Programs (windows 7 pro), and change the association there. I had already done the right-clicking procedure, and even though it showed CD2018 as the default program, it hadn't "taken" in the Default Programs mentioned earlier. It's the only solution that has worked for me.
