Object position coordinates

I am using CorelDraw Graphics Suite 20`7 on a Windows 10, 64-bit operating system. I always used x,y coordinates for positioning objects. Yesterday, that option suddenly stopped working. Now when an object is highlighted the x,y coordinates always registers 0,0. If I try to re-position an object by putting in new coordinates, they are interpreted as relative and not absolute coordinates and the object is moved accordingly. My inputs are not held and the coordinates are back to 0,0. Anyone out there know of a solution?

Tried checking/unchecking "relative Position" in the transformations docker. The docker works fine, but the object position coordinates in the menu shown for the Pick tool still don't work. Every object you select anywhere in the page always shows 0,0 (relative center) coordinates.

  • There is a "Relative to Object" Command. Here is what it looks like in Customization:

In the unmodified default workspace, I think that it is only in the places shown there - on the Property Bar when the Free Transform Tool is active, and on the Transform Bar - but you can add it to another Command bar (or bars) as suits.
