I have been using CorelDraw 2017 version with my Graphtec CE-Lite 50 with no issues for over a year. Suddenly, one day when trying to send a job to plotter, I get the following prompt:
Connection to cutting master 4 timeout
I have tried uninstalling and re-installing cutting master 4 several times, restarted computer, re-booting CorelDraw , nothing is working.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have called and emailed Graphtec Support and I can't get anyone to call or email back.
I had the same problem suddenly ...." connection to cutting master 4 time out .". I tried with corel X8 Corel 2017(64 bit) and corel 2018 (64-bit)
Always the same error ..I used cuttingMaster 4 master Winupdate 2875_2910 ... always this cutting master time out .
then the software suggested an update ..so I updated to ...cuttingmaster 4 2980_3282 ..still no succes ..same error
Then I downloaded a new 64bit driver for my graphtec plotter from the graphtec site driver ... OPs662(win64x)
and eureka problem solved
