Does anyone know of a tutor to change a photo to a coloring page in corel?

I have tried but I can't get the step right in photo paint.
Different images are going to take different techniques, but you can start with this...
Working on a duplicate of your image:
1. Do something to make the edges of your image REALLY stand out. For example, Try over-sharpening the image first, and then use one of the effects under Effects>Contour.
2. Now go to Image>Convert to Black and White. Choose Line Art for the Conversion Method. Play with the threshold slider to get the detail you want.

Thanks, I have been playing with this idea off and on for years but it never trying over-sharpening the image before using the contour.
I will give that a try.Kimberly
That's the way...

The effect is linked to the image. You can see that Photoshop tutorials use images like this sample made in Photo-PAINT (use grayscale or desaturate image)
What you are showing as an example images is about what I get. It could be colored but not by a child.
I thank everyone for their help but I think the Photoshop Tutor is the best it can be done. Kimberly
