Im new to cdr X4 and today it eems angry at me.
I cant Save,Copy, Print, Export and a whole lot more. Please see the pic below
I do not know what I did to set it like this or how to get it back to normal working.
Why is it doing this and what must be done to fix it
Note all the selected functions - they are not responding.

I'm not sure it Draw creates setting for each user but if it does this could help.
In Win7 go to Start and click the arrow next to the ShutDown button and choose LogOff. Then Log back in.
Also restarting the computer and make sure the Protextis service is running and somehow didn't get disabled.
Worth a try anyways...

The first thing I did was to reboot the pc.
I also was not logged in the wrong way as John suggested.
Seems it would be loaded as a trail version for some odd reason. I will reload the program 2moro and see again what the choices were. (I do not have the disk currently with me)
Please note my sig: I do not have Win7, but if someone else read this who has I am sure that would help them.
PS what is the Protextis service??
The most common reason is if you don't a valid serial number. You can use for some days, but when expire the program disables some menu (Save, print, export, etc). If you have a valid serial number, try to reinstall and enter the serial again (perhaps it was an error while typing) if nor, you must contact with Corel. Since the information is stored in Windows, uninstall and install again is not a solution, you need to activate the program

Want to know if one can enter a valid serial number after the tiral period to activate the same copy or has to uninstall and reinstall.
