I want to create a circle with a wavy line (see image, ignore the yellow box).
So I created a circle, converted it to curves, and added 32 symmetric nodes. Now I select every other node, and was hoping I could drag them radially, but it only lets me drag them all in the same direction. Any suggestions?
Use Zipper distortion then smooth it. See screen Cap

Haha Tx Myron, I am slack I know LOL
Another way to go is to use the Interactive Polygon tool.
Create a Polygon with twelve points/sides. Press and hold Ctrl while dragging to keep it "circular".
Switch to Shape tool and select two nodes next to each other.
In Property Bar, convert to Curve and then Symmetrical node.
Select one node only and while holding Ctrl (or Shift), drag inwards or outwards to create the waveform.

Watch the video from link on my OneDrive. Hope it helps. BTW I used Shift + drag while stretching the nodes inside to enable stretching from the center of ellipse. Hope this helps.
