I notice that Corel's website is off the air and there's no way to contact customer support. Has Corel folded up its tent and gone out of business?

Hello RJ Burke; If you just bought Corel you can look up there toll free help number and call them. They have some good people there to help. Or you can ask a question here. Or the best thing is to right down what you want to know on a $50 bill and send it to me, and I'll answer as soon as the bar closes, or the $50 is gone.

Maybe that had too many locos lately do decided to take the rest of the day off.
Closing down the company is a little overexaggerating...or are you just pissed off?

Thanks for encouraging me to try again. They're back on line now, which is slightly reassuring. Corel has always been a little flaky, so I'm never sure of what's going on back there!

don't think they'll be shutting down any time soon. Corel is a good sized company that tends to keep a low profile as far as how business is doing. CorelDRAW is a major brand name with sales worldwide.
