Pick tool won’t drag any object

Hi to everyone

I cannot move or drag any object with Pick tool. I can do it with arrows from the keyboard but not with the mouse. I am running Windows 10, new pc. Normal mouse provided with the pc, ACER. Please if anyone has a suggestion . Thank you
